What is the Onda Pro Slim program?

Preparation and aftercare

After treatment
- Increase your water intake so the lymphatic system can clear the released fat efficiently
- Avoid hot baths and spa treatments for 24-48 hours while any redness settles
- Avoid strenuous exercise on the first day
- You can return to your normal daily routine straight away
