Which One Is Right
If the concern is a thick, pinchable pocket of fat

About How Long Results Last
The most common question is whether the fat comes back.
Fat cells that are destroyed die permanently, and this is the same across all three devices. Whether by cooling with CoolSculpting Elite, heat with Emsculpt NEO or microwave energy with ONDA Pro Slim, those cells are cleared by the body through the lymphatic system and do not grow back. That cell no longer exists.
The remaining fat cells can still enlarge. Undestroyed fat cells always remain in the treated area, and if energy intake exceeds what the body uses, those cells will grow and the contour can change again.
Emsculpt NEO adds muscle to the equation. Holding onto the muscle that has been gained, and keeping the fat layer at the thickness you want, does not rest on the treatment alone — it requires exercise, appropriate nutrition and adequate rest alongside it.

Can I lose weight with these devices?
None of them is a weight-loss device. Body weight after treatment usually stays the same or changes very little — what changes is the shape and proportion of the treated area.
